This patent was first submitted in 2018
RotoGro have been around for much longer than 2018 so at a glance I think RGI will be covered by 'prior art' 
Unless RGI have changed something since 2018 which copies what this guy has patented, I don't think there's too much to worry about.

I also find it strange that this guy didn't challenge the Canadian patent. If you look at the link below you'll see the challenger had the patent under review in both Australia and Canada. 
Wonder if there's something a little sinister afoot.... Maybe one of RGI's competitors are upset that the Canadian patent ruined their business and contacted this new challenger... 
Anyway, if the Canadian patent was under review for almost 4 years and this challenger's patent wasn't an issue then I don't see why it would suddenly be an issue now. 

Absolute worst case scenario is RGI pay the challenger a licencing fee (Before they manufacture machines for themselves... George!) and everyone walks away happy. 

Also odd that RGI haven't received a cease and desist from this challenger. Well, they haven't announced anything if they have received one anyway. 

In short - I'm not too worried.
