I am currently the Senior Director of Strategy and Product Management, North America for Zebra Technologies. I have twenty years of experience within the B2C, B2B, public safety, industrial, and telecommunications industries. Throughout my career, I played a vital role in maturing sales execution by building and executing go-to-market strategies, best practices, and tools. My background includes a fourteen-year career with Motorola Solutions and Mobility in diverse leadership roles — sales enablement, product management, business development, and IT systems engineering. I was accountable for quality management and Six Sigma Black Belt consulting, where I institutionalized quality excellence and process discipline throughout the Motorola North America sales and marketing operations.

I started working with Grant in 2010 while leading Avtec as President. Motorola was launching Mototrbo Connect Plus and Avtec had developed a direct IP wire-line driver for the Scout Console system. It made sense to partner closer, but there were a number of challenges. Throughout the process, Grant was direct, creative, thoughtful and built a level of trust that enabled the companies to reach a contract agreement. This led to hundreds of successful deployments working together.
