RE:It's great opportunity to reduce share countThe best option at this time imho is for the company to hold on to $ at this time, forget the NCIB at this time till things get better...

There's no logic anymore given what happened today... Everyone could have gone home happy setting a reasonable price floor...

But Russia chose to screw everyone and the expense of their budget (and everyone else's), and that's dangerous given they know what happened last time everyone pumped at will...

Imho, things can only get worse in the short term given the squabble between Russia, OPEC, CoronaVirus, etc... It's a high stakes game of poker. What will SA/OPEC do now? Anything could happen moving forward so why spend $ on hand?
