I agree and suspect $PR/MH have and continue to consider appropriate timing. Although, I do have suspicions there is still no set date. I believe the JV remains at the mercy of packaging and licensing. 

They have been on delay since Oct 2019 legalization, waiting out the negative news of Covid19 may be a wise decision.  It would allow sharing of the limelight and a massive opportunity for investors to re-enter the market after having retreated.  

This may have finally cause a nice push for the longs. However, $PR may not have the luxury of delaying much longer in terms of financials at least not without financing.  If $PR can continue to manage wisely, perhaps this market valuation/bear market rebound will add to what appears to be the already perfect storm.

This is exactly my thought. SPR's "waiting for the right time" ismkind of out the window, and I can only guess MH could car less of it the timiing helps SPR's SP. I think they will release information the moment everything is in order. 

Maybe Dr. Sen will pony up another million. There's been lots of talk about timing here and "strategic patience" type talk. This would fall into that category.
