Schocor, you should stick to your dope stocks!!! I KNOW its surface water, because . by definition , permafrost rocks contain no water. NONE, ZERO!!! Do you know it takes 7 feet of ice to land a hercules aircraft on an ice strip. If the lake is 15 or 20 feet deep , theres all kinds of surface water just sitting there waiting to flood a mine.

And it probably is a mine killer, but for reasons you dont understand. Theyve essentially just turned ore resouces into waste, because if you cant mine it at a profit , its waste!!!f
