RE:3 EU binding agreements
RE:3 EU binding agreementsLets do some math.
If all 3 agreements start shipping at the same time then we can expect the following approximations. This may not be the case but to make it easier I am using this logic.
First 2 months
105kg (2500kg / 24 months-rounded up) + 500kg + 25KG = 630kg total per month
Next 22 Montths
105kg (2500kg / 24 months -rounded up) + 1000kg + 100KG =1205kg total per month minimum
OR max below / anywhere inbetween :)
105kg (2500kg / 24 months-rounded up) + 5000kg +100KG = 5130kg total per month maximum
The big question is how much will they be able to sell per gram in Europe? Lets use a reasonable estimate of $4.00 per gram (even though Goldy claims it could be upwards of $10)
630kg = 630,000 grams = $2,520,000 per month revenue for the first 2 months
1205kg = 1,205,000 grams = $4,820,000 per month revenue for the next 22 months minimum
5130kg = 5,130,000 grams = $20,520,000 per month revenue for the next 22 month maximum
Hmmmmmmm. And on top of that, add some Canadian revenue including 2.0 products eventually. 2020 is looking bright if you ask me.
Let's hope we start shipping to Germany soon. I am thinking the higher end spectrum of $5,000kg + per month is more likely. I get the idea Germany is undersupplied at the moment. Eve can easily sell all their product and generate nice revenues for the company and shareholders. I think they have hit the sweet spot betweeen being too big or too small. 1 million squate feet seems like a good size for a greenhouse considering the big players are starting to close the doors and lay people off.
