Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

In Canada you can't make S3 and sell directly to the market, instead they can issue private placdement or bought deal.

S3 shelf prospectus explains the price drop and lagging relative to its peers.
A/S count is 750 million?

First R/S, then filing S3, which reminded me of HMNY (MoviePass).

To be fair, HMNY was printing and dumping shares like crazy, whch resulted in daily drops by 40-50% and high volumes.

How do you justify >10 mil USD annual salary of the CEO, when the management was throwing money down the drain? ( to sell now at 8 USD and they were buying at 22 USD (4.4 pre RS))

Full disclosure, my stop loss hit at 13.80 USD. No position.
With S3 registration, I would not touch this stock.
