RE:Food for thought..Look I spoke with an elder from Ellesmere Island and he said this,  There may be less sea ice for seals to lay their babies on but since their is less ice the seals are forced to have their babies on land instead.  This is where it is much easier for th ePolar bears to find their food.

If anything global warming is harming sea lions moreso then Polar bears.  he also said there are more polar bebars now then he remembers as a kid.  he said there is to many bears now and they need to be culled.
