RE:RE:Nemaska and Orbite shareholders PRtaking it private means new company will form and all shareholders lose their shares and if it ever goes public again you will need to buy new shares if you want part of it, OLD NMX shares get deleted....

Unfortunatley that is the only way I can see it work in order for someone to put money in Nemaska.

If NMX was trading it would be at 0.005 right now....

What is the problem with a private company for the short term? NMX could be on the stock exchange in 2 or 3 years. I am not in the day trading business.
