Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

He needs our support.  He's been pumping this board with good intentions for years.

He's been wrong, we all have.  But I do believe he has sources as many times, what he is posting, I am hearing from my circle.

Plans and meetings don't always go the way they are expected to.

Yes there is interest, yes I knew a $100mm deal was being worked on in Dec.  Yes there is interest right now.  Tough to move on a buyout when credit has frozen. THink about it, credit markets are tight,, cost of funds have increased which is why the talk of QE is real.

When things settle down, you can bet M&A will be at extreme levels cause credit will be so cheap.  Banks will need to lend as rates will be zero and they'll have to find ways to go out on the risk curve to increase their returns which will come through capital market divisions where a fee will be charged, with stock and interest in compensation to the bankers.  It's  coming.

Aphria will not be a private company in 9 months.
