Commuter travel participation has not decreased at all , it may have gone up actually, TTC and go trains are PACKED with people. Some fear mongerers wearing masks (although the masks hardly prevent one from contracting the diseases anyways ). Have not seen a single non Asian on the TTC wearing a mask.
