He has been involved for some time. What i hear he is he is not a good guy. This is not trading up .He probably got some money to keep the lights on . Marcello could not get it done , i am sure he tried hard but just bad track record and not enough value in this company to raise this type of capital. lets see whats behind the mirrors when the smoke clears.
