My gut feeling is Bill is in negotiations now and that is why the PFS isnt being released.  That is why he wasn't at PDAC is because he wanted to go over the PFS with the 3rd party. 


This is all speculation on my part but I can't think of any other reason why they are delaying the release of the PFS.
