MRBB-  The "key" for the Russians, Saudis and yes Canadian producers is some capitulation on the shale fracker side of the equation.

Ony a half dozen frackers can break even at this price and we are starting to see a bit of capitulation with announced fracker budget cutbacks--- but its probably at least 6 months until American production begins to ease off. Even the DUCs are looking unprofitable.
