Closing Belfast and Mitzubishi Deals soon would help SP!Closure of these deals is needed to move forward!Market is in limbo awaiting closure cause maybe they have doubts!Whether or not the Alstom deal goes thru is ok with me as long as they get these legacy contracts done and overwith!
