You make it seem as though CCAA is a great opportunity for Nemaska to go out and "pick and choose" amongst suitors lining up, outbidding each other for a piece of the action! Nothing could be further from the truth! If there are to be any offers, it will be from "sharks" and "vultures". Nemaska is not in the driver's seat... without $600 million it goes bankrupt! Cash reserves will get burned through quickly and assets will be liquidated (if possible!).

The deadline for submission of non-binding letters of intent is April 17, 2020. That's a little over 5 weeks away... let's see if those "teaser" letters did anything. I would suspect any interested company would be aware of Nemaska's plight and wouldn't need to be informed of it... lol
