Re: XTR- Have you look at all the facts in past history of CVR Med and who runs the company ? Do you see how Global is still running the company ? Over 4 million in debt and a new audit that cost over $200K. TSX halt trading bcz of the antics and you think the TSX will not understand the antics are still happening ? With the complaints filed. You think moving forward with these people are good, they have proven there incompetency!! Now a new audit and filing is due very soon. Look at Globals website, it reads CVR Med. Have you looked at the new CFO and where she comes from ? Our President Paul is a gynecologist from Michigan. Where is Trish from ? I wonder if Trish knows there is no Board insurance, maybe we should tell her. Look into the credentials of Joel, Wayne, and Jim.
- Do you know Peter, Paul, Joe are all involved and together with a company called Creative Security Systems. There are rules and regulations to a public company and this is why the TSX halted Med. These boneheads don’t understand you can not run these companies like a backyard landscaping business, there is public money, over 20 million $, not to mention their own money. (And Dallas’s personal $100K ) XTR I’m guessing you are part of Global somehow or a relative or part of the company. They seem to live under the same roof. (It’s amazing how much you can find on the internet and who owns what and who is married to who. )
- My friend, myself, and Peter had dinner in NYC over 3 years ago. Peter gave us the pitch, he told us many things. Two that come to mind, first Peter told he never fails, second he said he would give up control and let someone take this to market. Well he failed miserably, look where we are today. He has not given up control, now they are trying another go at running the CSS. I could tell you the incompetency that was handled with the FDA submission. And I’m sure everyone in Global doesn’t know the truth !!
- Lawsuits and bankruptcies? They real want to go down that road ? You should see what these guys borrowed in May and June after the halt of CVR Med. The sad thing here is everyone loses !!! The machine can not save lives, and we all have lost our money, Yes even Global. I’m suprised that these guys don’t realize technology moves fast and as they waste there time and money on their egos and control the medical field moves forward. I have so much more to say, and I will in time. These guys have screwed many people, good people, I could mention some employees or I can mention the shareholders and their votes. Do these men have a conscious or a heart ? Or they have blockage in their arteries between their egos and heart. Maybe just greed and no class, eirther way wake up and stop drinking the Kool aid Global !!!
