RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Market Rebound

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Market Rebound OK, I should have added Bankers, lawyers and politicians....they are one and the same
Last financial crises was a good reason to give more money to the wealthy...
noone bailed out people that lost their house, but big banks got more money from the central banks and that is a future tax on people that lost their homes to the same banks...

Anyway, Tcheck should be supper happy; Trudeau announced a one billion emergency package...I am sure the "LONGS" will immediatley think is for NMX...so NMX just needs to find the other 200 million it needs, maybe Tesla will donate it and Tcheck is up and running...

mick1888 wrote: Lest we forget, we let the markets decide with sub prime mortgage packaging, and look what happened - a Global Financial Crisis. While I agree with you about politicians, a large chunk of the problem is they allow themselves to be corrupted with Big Business lobbying.... :-[ Come the revolution....;-)
Calgary_AB wrote: mick,
actually not "enough said..."
you have to always question the politicians...
lawyers and politicians (usually politicians are lawyers) are the biggest liars...
Politicians have no idea what critical materials are for their region...let the free markets figure it out...
take the rules and regulations off and the business people will figure it out...

so use your brain mick and tell me; how critical material is LI if QC has no gig factory?
How critical is LI if US is not buying it from QC?
How critical is it when LI is found on every continent and every country pretty much...?
How critical is it when LI is mostly technological process that is important?

If it's so critical how come no bidding war for NMX yet? How come NMX couldn't get it financed before the CCAA?

ANsweers: NOT CRITICAL AT ALL...NMX is not really all that important all together...
You will find out soon enough how important and critical it is...

PS. Never believe the politicians when they tell you what is critical....they have no ideea but like to speak high words so they look important and knowledgeble...

mick1888 wrote: CalAB, the following quote taken from Quebec 2020 - 21 budget;

$90 million over five years for development of “critical and strategic minerals” such as lithium

enough said.... ;-)

Calgary_AB wrote: Mick, I can now see how you talk yourself into believing something that is not true...
"strategic materials" such as LI = not true, Canada does not have Gigafactories or EV factories therefore the LI is not a "strategic material". Canada has to import the EV or the battery from elsewhere...
Strategic material is if you have the Gigafactory and have no raw material like LI and have to import it...then you need to open a li mine locally...

Strategic material is to have your own oil and be "Energy Independent" like US is....
Strategic material is to have a full line from mining to finish product and not depend on others for anything.
We really don't like building anything in Canada, we prefer to import them and just print money to cover shortfall for social services and just increase the TAX next year...That's how GLOBALISM works, send from the Have to Have not Contries... Bring the low one up and the high one down...create a medium where they are all the same (True communism)

But you are lucky mick, UK is out of EU Globalists and have a Patriot Premier....we are still stuck with a Globalist puppet that cares more for others than his own country...

mick1888 wrote: In addition to your observations Charlene; all Governments should be looking at their supply chain for 'strategic materials' such as lithium, and whether it is satisfactory that global industry should all be reliant on predominantly a single source (China).
Charlene wrote: The peak fear for cornovirus and oil was yesterday.  We should see a nice rebound today.  I am happy that NMX is not trading.  This fear will be good to make governments and central banks apply stimulus.  Also, makes governments and people more careful.   The new cases should go down.

The end of this month, there will be a new narrative.  Good luck all.
