Cash is King!!!  They need to conserve cash until we see how this shakes out, so I highly doubt that they will be paying down large amounts of debt in advance like you mentioned. Refinancing to ease terms may be in order, especially with interest rates cratering over the past few days.

Much though I hate to admit it, Joe could be right on the share price continuing down into the abyss...hope not, but we'll have to see how hard the economy gets hit by the media frenzy surrounding the Novel Coronavirus.

I see some buying opportunities appearing in MANY areas this spring and summer!
