RE:good new, debt retires and kicks J.L. out     It's apparent that Digital Energy Corp. didn't want to deal at all with  Jared Lazerson when he was CEO  of MGX or even a director of Zinc8. Digital Energy didn't want to deal with Zinc8 while Jared L. had ANY connection to Zinc8.

     Why is this apparent? It's there for ALL to see. 
     
     Put 2+2 together. On the same day Zinc8 & Digital Energy Corp signed a deal on the same day that Zinc8 kicked Jared L. completly out & away from Zinc8.

If you put 2&2 together Digital Energy didn't want to deal with Jared L. in April of 2018 , but now that Jared L. is OUT & gone , now Digital Energy Corp will deal with Zinc8

       Lets agree that Zinc8 went through a LOT to legally get rid of Jared L. & Zinc8 got rid of Jared L. because Zinc8 knew that Jared L. would hold back Zinc8 success if he stayed with Zinc8.

       Even I was going to contact Zinc8 & ask them if Jared was going to hurt Zinc8.

I am VERY happy that I know Jared L. is out of Zinc8!!!!!!!!!!!!
