If Feds Choose Gripen and Fund Big City Transit...If the federal government simply chooses Gripen for the new fighter jet,  and splits funding for Montreal and Toronto subway and LRT projects... problem solved for BBD and for the 2 provinces richest in general election votes.

They're going to do it anyway so why not just do it now?
