Hi Pipino,

I am not trying to be negative on NLC, NLC is my bigest holding.

As NLC has said that they would get the BG lithium in Q4, are you still living in Q4, 2019?

The positive side of the news is the new processing route, which could reduce the Opex.

We are just waitting for the financing/partner and EIA. With the current terrible market conditions, I am not sure what type of deal we can get. I hope it is a good deal. If it is like LAC's deal, I would rather to have NO deal at the moment. With the cash we have, we can get the FS done plus additional drilling to increase our resource size, and waitting for the better lithium market in 2021.

This news mean that we could own the most profitable project of the industry with maybe the lowest carbon footprint!

Personally, I prefer the type of guy who arrive 5 minutes late with solution and good news than the one who arrive on time empty handed with bad excuses.
