Re: Rose Capital

Re: Rose CapitalMaybe I didn't give it as much consideration as I should have and done some dd on Rose.  Their pedigree looks pretty good and they seem to be a solid part of the greenrush.  Facts are facts and Dixie is in desperate need of somebody to guide us through being a publicly traded company, if that is still the intention.  Dixie has great bones but like most is a little skinny for cash, despite the solid work they have done.  No doubt in my mind that they were ill-equipped for publicly traded life, if that is still the plan, after the merger, if that's what it is!  My personal opinion is that Dixie has a lot to offer and their AriZona deal through its subsidiary is for beverages which are imho, the most likely to be successful from a revenue generating prospective.  Nobody could have anticipated the turns of events that Corona and the Arabs and Russians have wreaked across the markets worldwide or the right-sizing and evaluating that marijuana stocks have endured.  I don't know what Dixie's current cash vs expenses is but having too much money is better than not being able to raise it.  I would still like to see other offers on the table and I would be very surprised if other companies aren't looking at us.  A lot of investors don't even know that we exist or waiting for the bottom of the turn around for pot stocks or significant event like the US swinging open the doors at the Federal level.  glta and dyodd
