Likely because 48Norths current cash position is almost equal to its total market cap.
If they right last years total screw ups, and Rob Ford allows some mother f-ing stores to open up in Ontario, I may actually have a real chance of making money with this investment. 
The current price to book ratio of .43 is a reflection of the total lack of faith from investors, but I sleep ok at the moment. I think they're going to make things right.again.
