They own prefs, technically they get paid no matter what. Practically, if the business they hold prefs are in trouble for a long time, then they might stop paying the prefs.

Still, the latest news which is fairly fresh is that Alaris believes their payout ratio is supposed to be upheld this year. It may change, but that's all we know right now.
