Looking good for Trump Pebble is needed by Alaska and America, so no matter what, it will be built. Trump would help facilitate that happening.
There are three reasons why Trump may not be in trouble in winning re-election. If he lost, it could be bad for Pebble

The Coronavirus may not be that contagious
The Coronavirus outbreak started in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in December 2019. A few cases showed up and the Chinese government jailed the doctors that talked about it. The Chinese government hoped that it would be contained, but the cases started increasing and spread to other parts of China.
There is no specific vaccine against it, but in 80% of the cases people suffered only mild effects, that can be treated with over the counter medications, such as Tylenol. For people under the age of 50, the death rate is 0.4% or less, such as 0.2% for the ages 20-29. But above 50, the death rate accelerates. 3.6% for people in their 60's, 8% for people in their 70's, and 15% for people in their 80's or older.
It may not be that infectious. As of the first week of March, there have been 100,000 reported cases, with 3,000 deaths (3%). By comparison, influenza, the common flu, has infected as many as 45 million people since October and killed as many as 46,000 (0.01%).
But of course, Coronavirus is just in the process of being spread. A better criteria would be to see how soon it's infectious rate starts falling off.
In China, where it started, it peaked Feb 13 with 5,090 new daily cases, and then the newly reported daily cases started rapidly falling off. By Feb 27 it was down to 327 new daily cases, and one week later it was only 99 new cases reported daily.
South Korea, which borders China, was the next country to start reporting cases, not long after China started reporting cases. South Korea's cases peaked at 851 cases on Mar 3rd. (South Korea is much smaller than China.) Six days later it was down to 165 daily cases, and this week it was down to 35 new daily cases.
The simple measures of quarantine of discovered cases, and the public washing their hands, wearing masks, at least in China and Korea, and not congregating in crowds, is containing and curtailing the Coronavirus.
Even in Iran, also one of the first countries to show up with the virus, and a country without sophisticated medical facilities, the virus peaked on Mar. 6 with 1,234 newly reported daily cases. It is now down to 881 new daily cases and falling.
We have just started getting virus cases, and the amounts are rapidly increasing, but Trump is enforcing strict quarantine of our nation, and any cases that show up here will be carefully monitored. We are voluntarily enforcing no congregation rules. NBA anyone? So it may not be that long before America's growing number of virus cases starts declining.

Contrary to the press, people are flocking to Trump
In the last two months, 67,000 people have gone to Trump rallies, and 18,500 of them were Democrats and independents, who chose his rally over any of the Democratic nominee's rallies.
In the recent South Carolina rally, 38.6% of the people at Trump's rally were Democrats or independents.
If the Coronavirus rapidly peters out, and things start to return to normal, come November Trump could trump Bad Biden. I say Bad Biden because the Department of Justice has started an investigation of Biden interfering in a foreign country by insisting that the prosecutor investigating his son be fired, or Biden would withhold funds to the country's government. Hmmm, where have I heard similar charges of interfering with a foreign country before?

If there are any debates between Biden and Trump before the election, Trump will destroy Biden. The Democrats may refuse to have Biden debate Trump.
Biden may be getting more confused. Today when he was walking to his official SUV, a reporter asked him about yelling at an autoworker that was against gun control and asked him if he regrets raising his voice against the man.
Biden answered, “Well, I’m surprised that, uh, Sanders is joining Trump.” “And, you know, it’s just surprising,” he continued as his campaign team ushered him into a waiting SUV and quickly slammed the door shut.
