This can't be true.

charm7 and his influential contacts in Congress said IP holders would never get paid in the US courts...needed to prosecute in China and Germany...Apple could appeal again and again and never pay....

All that time and effort doing his own DD... ;)

Glad VHC finally prevailed. Will have another 9-figure payment from Apple in due time.
