Cut the Dividend?  No!  Dividend is so small as to be meaningless.  What they need to do is slash the Capex for 2020 and take the hit on somewhat lower production.  They plan to spend 1.1 to 1.2 billion this year on Capex.  That's almost twice the current market cap of the company.  Cut Capex! Cut Capex!  Mitigate production decline as much as possible within the framework of lower spending, but for heavens sake cut Capex.

Interesting to note that with the $50 million cash they have on hand from the SK sale, they could buy back all the shares that they are allowed to this year under the NCIB and still have cash left over to stock the beer fridge and buy new gym equipment.  I hope the share buyback process is going like blazes right now.
