RE:Click here - LXG too late yet again
RE:Click here - LXG too late yet again Lexagene is a pre revenue company that has just switched from R&D mode. They have 29 employees. They are ramping up for commercialization and are creating a very complicated technology with microfluidics, robotics, software.... Roche is a $250 billion company. The Roche solution is still a central lab/hospital solution and not a true point of care solution and takes 3.5 hours to run. Currently Roche is probably the best reactive solution but Lex is creating a proactive solution with point care solution and the open access feature that eliminates the need for custom embedded assays.
They are currently working with the CDC and are looking to start a beta test program to research Covid-19 within the upcoming weeks. This is big news. Along with the recent 40% cost reduction for the LX Analyzer. Lots of news coming! This outbreak is just starting, 2nd waves are usually worse, Lex is ramping to address the 2nd wave
