possible pending news

Friday, dow went up 2 K, we were flat. some bad news may be susected. possibilities:

(1) some sort of cost control:
(a) more production cut, quebec, within smith falls, etc
(b) employee reduction - better efficiency
(c) reduction in stock based compensation (may be some push back)

(2) some limited production. any others. thx.

I hope no significant negative.
