Supreme Cannabis’ 7ACRES Facility is Fully Licensed. This week, Supreme Cannabis’ 7ACRES facility in Kincardine, Ontario received licensing approval from Health Canada for multiple secure storage rooms, processing rooms and grow rooms. As announced on February 13th, subsequent to completion of final construction at 7ACRES, the Company submitted licence approval to Health Canada for an additional 20,000 square feet of flowering space and 10,000 square feet of vegetation and propagation space. With receipt of these licenses, the company expects to bring the additional 30,000 square feet of cultivation space online prior to the end of March, bringing total flowering, vegetation and propagation space to 280,000 square feet. In addition to cultivation space, 7ACRES received licensing for four processing rooms, one laboratory and three additional secured storage areas. Processing space will be dedicated to value-add product manufacturing, final packaging and labeling activities. The licensing of 7ACRES’ laboratory allows for the facility to expand its internal analytical capabilities and allocate additional space to genetics R&D. With additional operations rooms and cultivation space licensed, the Company looks forward to completing its transition to a consumer facing business and achieving further scaled efficiencies. As announced last quarter, 7ACRES has already realized greater operational efficiencies, improving its throughput trimming rate by 400% and increasing its packaging capacity by 200%. | |
