To our valued patients, Aphria Inc. continues to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. As the global situation continues to change rapidly, we wanted to reach out to you to assure you that our ability to continue to service our valued patients is one of our top priorities, in addition to ensuring the well-being of our employees and that of the larger Aphria Inc. community. Our Aphria and Broken Coast facilities, offices and Patient Care teams remain open and operational to continue to provide you with best in class care and service with appropriate measures in place to protect the health and safety of employees. While the situation appears to be under control in most parts of the world, the Company is planning for different contingency scenarios and is taking decisive and informed action. With that said, we want to share with you the additional measures we have taken. Effective immediately: The Company has temporarily restricted visitor access to all offices and facilities; We have asked employees who are not feeling well to stay home, consult with a doctor and advise HR; Employee business travel, both domestic and international, has been limited; All large meetings and events are being cancelled, postponed or moved to digital/online; and, Employees have received best practices to help minimize the spread of the virus.
