RE:RE:Expectations for Bank of Canada rateThe low interet rate was there for long, Bomber just could not get it. Even with guarantee by assets - this made obvious by BT sale. Lower interest cost would happen only if government guarantees a replacement loan at lower rate. It is possible since Canada is now almost lost oil & gas and resource industry, while government can still live on housing market.
