LOL joeman, that's basically not doable in Canada, I mean both not doable.

I wonder whether we can do one thing to write to certain government ministry/department or councillor/house include:
1. Express of our concern about Canada's future of industrialized country
2. Highlight the importance of Bomber in Aero and transportation industry
3. Ask government to support by providing low interest loan

Federal government have so many ministries and departments/agencies, however I cannot find the correct one. What a consumption/service orientated setup!
