RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BBD should all debt refinanced to almost 0% or negative %145, most important is get rid of debt/interest ASAP. 15% or not, CDPQ has a hot potato on their hands - they offered Alstom a way better deal than to BBD...I believe a deal can be done esp. share price is so low.
