If overnight oil moves up even a bit, we could see gap up in SP.

At the current share price of $1.35 there is extreme value and upside potential once the oil price stabalizes..!

At today's oil price of ~$33 USD CPG's NAV is still $6.35/share... 4.7X higher than Friday's close..!! If and when the oil price war is over and corona hysteria is behind us, this stock price (as it is now) will be RIDICULOUSLY UNDERVALUED..!!
I could see 500% upside when the above mentioned issues are behind us EASILY..! JMHO
