RE:Press ReleaseSo 24-26% dilution just to get rid of Global however, no structural changes to the board so Global remain effectively in control plus much more dilution to come as this doesnt include raising the necesssary capital to continue operations and expedite the studies necessary for FDA clearance of the CSS.
