Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:likely tanking after 1pm with JT On this I can agree with mjb. In case you have been hiding under a rock Italy has a healthcare system similar to Canada. It is the surge in patients requiring serious medical aid and airway support that will cause the,already stressed systems, to collapse under the load. The "it's just like the flu" statements do nothing to console those countless families who've lost loved ones. For those who actually care about their elderly or immune compromised family or neighbors these steps to stay safe are needed. It is not only these patients who have been affected but also some middle aged patients as wel (and that has not been conveyed as clearly). While I'm glad that your own experience , as well as many other affected people, has turned out well for you please don't be so ignorant to undermine what is happening. This is just beginning in north America. It's going to get worse. It's not panic its prevention.
