Its nice to see and hear from the managements personal life accomplishments but yes, its should be an opportunity to reach out to new and old investors. More input about the company, less about the individual maybe?? Investors need to learn about what they are going to invest in which is the company and its products, although good management is a big part of that.
This is the matter. The best of both possible worlds could be for LM, to grab a selfie stick and walk himself around the plant or active project placements to demonstrate to investors old and potential what's going on, and what the engineered product looks like is capable of doing.(but stick with the "world class" engineering rather than a walkabout of the soupl line or the CFO's basketball court).
A reasonable target measure of success is the "number of views" ticker on youtube.indicating how many eyes have been captured (let alone mnds and wallets)
"Show me" is always better than "tell me" (or even lower on the grid, "promise me".-- as this latter approach has not been going so well)
