You act as if this will be good for you. I know your ruthless greed makes you think yourself an island but you will find out different. I don’t know who destroyed you but it is you that dropped the ball on repairations. Self delusion may feel as an island but if things sustain for the worst you will come down hard. You not only try to dig the graves for people’s hopes but expect to dance upon them. You are a toxic being that believes you shall only reach your stride in distopian situations. I don’t mind contrarians and even if they are correct to the negative. But yours doesn’t come from a good place. I also am prepared but would let it go if it meant the world would remain a good place for the majority. But we are different, I am generate and could create again favourable outcomes. I dont say this to blow my own horn but to present juxtaposition. Before you count your chickens have you considered they may also get a six month break on rent? Or that they may not be able to pay if conditions turn for the worse? No you don’t think those things on your island do you? Besides you have debt as per your mortgages and only six years in. The bottom could also come out of the market and an actual reset might surprise you in the results. Your oilfield could dry up completely for a while. Just my opinions is all.
