As a treatment for Covid-19. This old treatment for malaria seems to have positive effect to covid patients. According to Austrailian researchers. They believe it may be a preventative. Also, it is easy to get and only 5c a tablet.
The thought is that hydroxychloroquine may decease the viral load with COVID infected patients and possibly decrease transmission as a primary measure. Secondary they are looking at the clincal outcomes of patients that take it. This is currently being studied (150 patients, sheduled to end May 2020.) Mace Thanks Macer .. so are you saying probably minor defense against covid-19 because virol bronchitis is a different infection?
Yes, viral bronchitis that you had in November was not COVID, likely RSV or mycoplasma you had.
