The peters principalThe Peter principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to their "level of incompetence": an employee is promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another. The concept was elucidated in the 1969 book The Peter Principle by Dr. Peter and Raymond Hull. That fits perfectly well with the clown down south. Unfortunately he is in a position of power and unless someone with a sense of urgency show up he could ruin what took year to achieve. The US will never be the same. Worst is that he said it clearly during last election campaign. Don't be surprise it this virus last he will try to find ways to remain in power
