RE:RE:anyone heard about ACI saleI send you a PM.   But I am not clear here.  Isn't there a party who is now legally obliged to purchase ACI at 33.50  or can they walk away after any approvals.   Isn't there a firm contract in place and approved sale from shareholders to sell  i.e is ALA in danger of not getting their 33.50 per share?  Thanks for any clarification
