RE:The only people who will benefit from this well planned takeExactly,these crooks just pass investors money from one company to the next,Venture Exchange is famous for allowing this,KLY could care less about a retail shareholder,its all about diverting funds to their own pockets,there is NO DEAL in the works and I believe there never was,the 10 million they are trying to raise will go to paying off their buddies and the rest will be squandered away within months,to bad I thought I had faith in this stock but am realizing it's a mistake.
