Realistically, however, availability of the RHT technical staff could be impacted. Most companies in North America have to deal with a high level of absenteeism and low level of productivity of staff working from home. Things should gradually improve as families and companies get organized but it will take a bit of time. IMO, the crisis will have a negative impact on onboarding numbers this quarter, however, it should have a significant positive impact for new contracts. GLTA
