RE:Paradigm shift is necessary !
RE:Paradigm shift is necessary ! Thanks for sharing Gamer! Proof will be in the pudding as they say. Heard an ole analogy from a banker friend who manages billions and he said he got invited to a cotton mill by the farmer to tour the farm and see the operation. Alas when they got to the distribution center and opened the door it was stacked floor to ceiling with product. As they continued the tour they came across the back door entrance of the distribution center and what was found was it was just ONE row stacked floor to ceiling at the front door only to give the impression that a lot of product has been produced yet when a closer look happened it told a different story.
ive heard the former execs have requested to see the entire "new" agreement and all of the provisions as the press did not cover much. I for one would like to know exactly what it is we are purchasing and the rational for that compared to the other term sheet, who will pay for it this "independent" evaluation, I hope it is not the same firm that was used on the Big Bar transaction which started this whole ordeal, have they paid the auditors as if they did not the year end is going to be problematic which would result in another cease trade order from the BCSC. Not to requote anyone but we have heard the term "imminent" thrown around quite a lot in the past so to hear that the TSX could be imminent bothers me. Lessons learned, having worked closely with the investment group and former execs, trust has been broken so we shall see. Lots of questions, but if we are in fact close volume would be heavier and we are not seeing that yet. Spreads are still wise which means sellers get crushed and buyers pay a premium. Tick tick goes the clock on my wall.
