Agreed Old Mule, I don't trust these clowns an inch. The only thing they are interested in doing is enriching themselves at the expense of the Medical shareholders. Pretty sure a legal case is coming down the pike too. No D&O, good luck with that. Seriously hope it drags in Bakema personally if and when it comes.
