Financing becomes a real issue here... With Cineworld at a market cap at 200M$, it might be a little exagerated to imagine that they now have the hability to borrow 2.15b CAD to buy an entity owing possibly up to 725M CAD.

These are extra risks I hadn't considered before... The financing especially becomes a problem.
