OleMule - thanks for giving it full perspective better than I could!...  And proving how hard it will become to fund this whole thing.

XTR - You can always present numbers to make them say what's best for you - glass half full or half empty...

They make the numbers speak for them and not for the shareholders when they say "dilution would be_____" ...give us the total ownership (as it should have been presented since it's the real issue here, not just dilution!) to judge of the whole thing, that's what really matters!... Again, they control the information and don't give the truth outright - they are not being transparent as they should.

"Based on a third party approving it" ...said third party to be paid by Global for its services.

Think any of this will be "fair"?

It just smells of rotten eggs once again. 
Same people, same skewed shenanigans and lack of transparency.
Not feeling like "my" BOD is representing "my" shareholder's interests one bit here!!............
