Bought yesterday

Hi, first time I'm buying a splitting company. I bought yesterday morning at what seemed to be the unsplitted price. Now this morning the price has obviously got split but it say that we had to hold the share the 15th (some source say the 13th) to get the additional shares, am I screwed?!
